100% Pure & Natural Calcium Bentonite (Montmorillonite) Clay.

Traditional Use: Stir 1 teaspoon into a glass of water and drink immediatly as often as needed, or allow to stand overnight and drink first thing in the morning. 

External Use: Mix with water, floral water, herbal tea, or apple cider vinegar to make a spreadable paste. Add a small amount of essential oil if desired. Apply the paste as a poultice or use as a facial mask. Refrigerate or discard any unused portion.
